isokoJOBs.com is owned and operated by NextFrame Publishing Group, which is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@isokojobs.com.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Employer accounts. When you post a job, we collect your email address, the account details you create, your company name, and any company website, tagline, logo or social media handle you choose to add
- Job listings. The content you submit, including the application email address or link where you want to receive applications
- Contact messages. Your name, email address and the content of any message you send us
- Correspondence. Any information you include when you email us or report a listing
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard website and analytics data.
2.3 What we do not collect
This is important, so we want to be clear about it.
We do not collect job applications. Job seekers do not need an account, and applications go directly from you to the employer using the contact details in each listing. We do not receive, store or forward your CV, certificates or application details, unless a particular listing states otherwise.
We also do not collect financial information. We have no payment system on this website, and we never ask job seekers for bank details, BVN or money of any kind.

Our lawful basis
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Consent, where you have chosen to submit information to us, for example by creating an account, posting a listing or sending a message
- Performance of a contract, where we are providing the service you asked for, such as publishing your listing
- Legitimate interests, where we need to keep the website secure, prevent fraud, verify listings, and understand how the site is used, provided this does not override your rights
- Legal obligation, where the law requires us to retain or disclose information
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website function and help owners understand how it is used. This website uses:

- Advertising cookies, used by advertising networks to select and measure advertisements
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website working correctly.

6. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us run the website, including our hosting provider and analytics and advertising providers such as Google. They may only use the information to provide their service to us
- Publication of your listing. The company details and application contact you provide in a job listing are published on the website and may be shared through our WhatsApp Channel and social media, because that is the purpose of submitting them
- Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or to investigate fraud
7. Transfers Outside Nigeria
Some of our service providers, including our hosting, analytics and advertising providers, store or process data on servers outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information continues to be protected to a standard consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

- Expired job listings are removed from public view and deleted once they are no longer needed
- Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow up
- Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including secure hosting, encrypted connections and restricted access to accounts.
No website can guarantee complete security. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will act in accordance with our obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, including notifying the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where required.
10. Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to:

This website links to external sites, including employer websites, government recruitment portals and application forms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Once you leave isokoJOBs.com, their privacy policy applies, not ours. Please read it before submitting personal information.
The same applies when you apply for a job. Your application goes to the employer, and how they handle your information is governed by their own practices.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and where a change is significant we will draw attention to it on the website.
