These Terms and Conditions govern your use of isokoJOBs.com. By using this website, or by submitting a job listing through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the website.
Please read these terms alongside our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
isokoJOBs.com is owned and operated by NextFrame Publishing Group. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to isokoJOBs.com and NextFrame Publishing Group.
“You” refers to anyone using this website. Where we refer to a “Job Seeker” we mean somebody browsing or applying for opportunities. Where we refer to an “Employer” we mean any person or organisation submitting a listing, including recruiters and agents acting on an employer’s behalf.

2. What This Website Is
isokoJOBs is a job listing platform. We publish job vacancies, internships, NYSC opportunities, scholarships, training programmes and career guidance for people in Isoko, Delta State and across Nigeria.
We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or an employment agency. We do not participate in any employer’s selection decisions, and we do not act as agent for any employer or job seeker. Using this website does not create an employment relationship, an agency relationship or any partnership between you and us.
3. Eligibility
Anyone may browse this website. To create an account or submit a job listing, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are submitting a listing for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
4. Accounts
Job seekers do not need an account. Employers create an account when submitting a listing.
If you hold an account, you agree to provide accurate details, to keep your login credentials secure, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
5. Terms for Employers
5.1 What you confirm when you submit a listing
By submitting a job listing, you confirm that:
- The vacancy is genuine and currently open
- You are the employer, or you are authorised to advertise on the employer’s behalf
- All information you provide is accurate and not misleading, including the role, location, requirements, pay and contact details
- You own or have permission to use any logo, image or other material you upload
- The listing complies with Nigerian law, including labour and employment law
- You will handle any personal information you receive from applicants lawfully and only for recruitment purposes
5.2 Listings we do not accept
We will reject or remove any listing that:
- Requires applicants to pay any fee, whether described as a form fee, registration, training, screening, processing or medical fee
- Requests bank details, BVN or other financial information before an interview and formal offer
- Promotes multi level marketing, pyramid schemes or referral based recruitment
- Promises unusually high earnings for little or no work
- Does not identify a real, contactable organisation or individual
- Discriminates on grounds unrelated to the requirements of the job
- Advertises illegal work, or work that would place an applicant at risk
- Is primarily an advertisement for a product, service or training course rather than a genuine vacancy
- Contains false, offensive or misleading content
5.3 Our editorial rights
We review listings before publishing. We may edit a listing for clarity, formatting, length or accuracy, and we may reject, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, without being required to give a reason. We may also contact you to verify details before publishing.
Publishing a listing does not amount to an endorsement of the employer or the role.
5.4 Keeping listings current
Please close or update your listing once the position is filled or the details change. Listings expire automatically after the period stated at the time of posting.
5.5 Cost
Posting a job is currently free. We may introduce charges for some or all listings in future. If we do, we will publish the details clearly in advance, and any listing already live will not be charged for retrospectively.
6. Terms for Job Seekers
Browsing and applying are free, and no account is required.
Applications go directly to the employer using the details in each listing. We do not receive, store or forward your application unless a listing clearly says otherwise.
You agree to use the website for your own genuine job search, to provide truthful information in your applications, and not to use listings for any purpose other than seeking work.
We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, shortlisted or employed. Employers make their own decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Post fake vacancies, or use listings to collect personal data for any purpose other than recruitment
- Scrape, harvest, copy or systematically extract listings or other content from this website, whether manually or using automated tools
- Republish our listings or content on another website or platform without our written permission
- Collect email addresses or contact details from the website for marketing purposes
- Upload viruses, malicious code or anything designed to disrupt the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or another user’s account
- Impersonate any person or organisation, including us
- Interfere with the normal operation of the website
We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaches this section.
8. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, branding, articles, guides and other original content on this website belong to NextFrame Publishing Group and are protected by copyright. You may read and share our content for personal, non commercial purposes, with credit and a link, but you may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
When you submit a listing or other material to us, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to publish, display, edit, format and distribute that material on this website and through our associated channels, including our WhatsApp Channel and social media, for the purpose of advertising your opportunity.
9. Accuracy of Content
We take reasonable steps to check listings before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from error. Details are supplied by employers, recruiters and publicly available sources, and can change or be withdrawn without notice.
Always confirm details directly with the employer before applying, sharing personal information, travelling to an interview or making any financial commitment. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.
10. Fraud and Reporting
We never charge job seekers for anything, and we will never contact you asking for money. Anybody who does so in our name is committing fraud.
If a listing on this website asks you for payment or appears fraudulent, please report it through our Contact page. We will investigate and remove it where appropriate.
11. Third Party Links and Advertising
This website links to external sites, including employer websites, government portals and application forms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
We display advertising, including advertisements served automatically by third party networks. We do not review or endorse advertisers, and any dealings with them are between you and them.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the website running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the website without notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience arising from:
- Your use of, or reliance on, this website or anything published on it
- Any inaccuracy, omission, change or withdrawal of a listing
- Any dealings between you and an employer, recruiter, advertiser or other third party
- Any fraudulent listing or communication, including one falsely using our name
- Content on any external website reached from this site
- Any interruption, unavailability or loss of data
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnity
If you submit a listing or other content to this website, you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from that content, from your breach of these terms, or from your dealings with any applicant.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website, close your account, or remove your content, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the website may harm us or other users.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it. By using this website you agree to that policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and where a change is significant we will draw attention to it on the website. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
19. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing any part of these terms does not mean we have given up our right to do so.
These terms, together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website.
